Steph Iasiello

Hi, I’m Steph Iasiello, a lawyer with a PhD in English (because clearly, I like debt), and a professional career that spans criminal defense, digital innovation, and teaching incarcerated students. I’ve had the privilege of advocating for clients in the trenches of criminal defense, interned at the Health Law Partnership, and completed a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowship focusing on higher education for incarcerated people—because why not add “trying to fix the world” to my resume?

As a partner at Greenwood Law, LLC, I started That Millennial Attorney to help people like you—millennials who, let’s face it, are more worried about who’s getting the dog than passing down a family business. Whether it’s writing wills, setting up healthcare directives, or making sure your weird uncle doesn’t inherit your PS5, I’ve got you covered.

Here’s the deal: legal services shouldn’t feel like a life sentence (I would know, I’ve worked with those). I’m here to make estate planning understandable and, dare I say, kind of fun—with a heavy dose of sarcasm. Because adulting is hard enough without trying to decipher legal jargon.

Let’s get your future in order, one slightly morbid joke at a time.
